Once you submit your order we will respond to the email address on file with a quote. All custom suit orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due after the final fitting.

Custom Orders – Payment, Pricing, and Default

Unless waived, all custom suit orders require deposit of 50% after the order has been accepted, processed, and scheduled for production.

If a custom order is placed and not paid in full after it has been created, the order will be deemed in default. Upon default, any discount, promotion, or special pricing offered at the time the order was placed is automatically withdrawn, and the order price will revert to standard pricing.

The standard base price for a custom suit is $700 per suit, exclusive of additional charges, including but not limited to special designs, premium fabrics, alterations, measurements, rush services, shipping, or applicable taxes.

Any balance due on a defaulted order will be recalculated based on standard pricing, and the customer remains responsible for the full adjusted amount. Unless waived, no custom work will begin, and no materials will be ordered, until the 50% deposit is received.

By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
